I seriously don't even know what to do for this. I have so many things on my mind right now, it's hard to think of something as simple as writing about something random.
I was talking to my friends James today, about how early we can remember in our lives. I said the earliest birthday I remember having was when I was about seven-years-old, and I had a 'Where's Waldo?' themed party. I was such a tomboy. I had barbies & dolls, but I always preferred to play in the mud & climb trees. So, my birthday parties were never pink & frilly.
So I had a few friends; Amanda Ellacott, Amanda Oldfield, Josh Payne, Sonia Sandhu, & Brandy Austin. I guess another random thing I could write about is my weird memory. I remember what I was wearing on certain days (for example: what I wore when I saw Sarah's daughter mere hours after she was born), I remember names of people I haven't seen in years whereas they probably don't remember me, and I remember dates really well. It's ridiculous.
Anyway, I had my friends over, we had cake my mom made from scratch, and the table cloth was a Waldo print. His face on a postage stamp, as well as tons of other characters faces on postage stamps. And you had to find his face (obviously).
I remember my brother's were crying most of the time, because none of the presents were for them.
I got a lot of clothes, a few dolls that I fucking hated (thanks to the mother's of my friends who didn't know me at all and assumed I was just like every other little girl), and my dad and I made a huge snow-fort outside that night.
Most of my memories involve him some how, and I think that's why I keep such a hold on them.
